This privacy policy describes the information collected, and how it is used by Flightly, a service of Grab Analytics, LLC. By accessing any of products or services provided by Flightly or Grab Analytics, LLC, you agree to the collection, storage, transfer, disclosure, and use of your information as described in the privacy policy.

Information Collected and Use

Flightly and Grab Analytics, LLC collects and uses information to provide its products and services, provide assistance, and improve its services over time.

Non-PII Collected and Use

Flightly and Grab Analytics, LLC collects and stores account and campaign related data, including authorization tokens, ad account information, campaign targeting and criteria, and metrics on an account, campaign, ad group, and creative basis, for the purposes of providing you access to your campaign data and to provide our services.

Flightly and Grab Analytics, LLC uses services from 3rd party companies to provide and improve its services, including marketing of its services. These partners may collect and make available to Flightly information such as location, IP address, operating system, and device identifiers. Users may additionally be subject to the privacy policies of Flightly's partners, which can be found here:

PII Collected and Use

Flightly and Grab Analytics, LLC may receive personally identifiable information (PII), such as name and email, when users authorize with Twitter or other such service; if interacting with Flightly through email, text or online messages, or other such service; or providing feedback and comments from surveys, form submissions, or Testflight, App Store, and Google Play.

Flightly and Grab Analytics uses this information to facilitate assistance and communication to users. We may also use this information to inform users of company and product updates, including new features and products. Users will be provided a way to opt out of mass communications per channel. Except for the limited cases described below, we do not share or sell personally identifiable information.

Flightly and Grab Analytics, LLC does not disclose personal information except in the limited circumstances described here.

By User Consent or Direction

Flightly may share or disclose your information at your discretion, such as authorizing a third party application to access your account.

Law and Harm

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this privacy policy, Flightly may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Flightly and Grab Analytics, LLC's rights or property. In the event that Flightly or Grab Analytics, LLC is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. We may also disclose information about you to our partners and affiliates in order to help provide, understand, and improve our services.

Non-Personal or Non-Private Information

Flightly reserves the right to share campaign data in an anonymized or aggregated way with its partners, clients, and potential clients. Advertisers can choose to opt out of having their data shared in an anonymized or aggregated way by contacting Flightly.

Accessing and Modifying Information Shared

Flightly and Grab Analytics, LLC's third party partners may support the Do Not Track browser options, which gives you control over how your website visits are used. You may visit these partners' privacy policy pages, as listed above, to learn more about their support for Do Not Track.

You may also reset device identifiers, as supported on iOS and Android operating systems, by accessing your device settings. Visit Apple or Google's support sites for additional information on how to reset your device identifier.

Flightly and Grab Analytics, LLC may retain previously collected information if a user deauthorizes the app or otherwise terminates their account. Users may request historical data is removed by contacting us.

Our Policy Towards Children

Our services are not directed to persons under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If we become aware that a person under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information.

Changes to this Policy

Flightly and Grab Analytics, LLC may revise this privacy policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will be available from https://www.flightly.com. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is of material, we will notify you via an update on our social media account or email. By continuing to access or use our services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised privacy policy.
